1. Scope
cleandbesign.com (LLC, EDRPOU 45583862, Kyiv, Ukraine) acts as an online travel intermediary. Travel services are supplied by third-party providers such as tour operators, hotels, carriers and licensed agencies. Cancellation, change and refund conditions are set by the displayed offer terms and the supplier's conditions, which we show before booking. We operate under Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' and Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-ВР 'On Tourism'.
2. Cancelling a booking
To cancel, email contact@cleandbesign.com or call +380 500 848 0988 from the contact details in your confirmation. State your booking reference. The cancellation takes effect when we acknowledge it in writing. Supplier deadlines, deposits and non-refundable fares may apply, as disclosed in the offer.
3. Refunds
Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method after supplier settlement, normally within 30 calendar days of approval. Statutory consumer rights under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection' are not limited by this policy. Advertising and price claims follow Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР 'On Advertising'.
4. Planning service fee
Any planning or service fee is shown separately before payment. It covers search, coordination and support work and is refundable only where the cancellation is caused by our error or where the law requires it.
5. Complaints and disputes
Send complaints to contact@cleandbesign.com. We reply within 30 calendar days. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to a court under Ukrainian law.
