1. Who controls your data

2. Data we collect

• Planning brief data: destination, travel dates, group size, budget and preferences.
• Contact data: name, email, phone number and messenger details.
• Booking data, if you order: traveller names, dates of birth and passport details required by suppliers.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, gathered through analytics and cookies.

3. Purposes and sharing

We use personal data to answer enquiries, prepare travel proposals, arrange bookings, meet legal duties and improve the site, on the basis of consent, a contract or our legitimate interest. Only the data needed is shared with airlines, hotels, insurers, tour operators and other suppliers, including partners outside Ukraine, under appropriate safeguards. We never sell personal data.

4. Retention and cookies

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months; booking records for the period required by Ukrainian accounting and tourism law, then deleted or anonymised. Non-essential cookies and similar trackers are set only after your prior consent, per Law of Ukraine No. 3993-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' and Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX 'On Electronic Communications'.

5. Your rights and complaints

You may request access, correction or deletion, object to processing, withdraw consent and ask for restriction by writing to contact@cleandbesign.com. We reply within the periods set by Law of Ukraine No. 3993-IX. You may also complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights; consumer complaints are handled under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection'.
